On the 22nd March 2018, His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales (known as the Duke of Cornwall when visiting the Cornwall), visited Truro Cathedral and the newly refurbished Old Cathedral School.
I was honoured to be asked to take photographs of his visit for the cathedral.
His Royal Highness was given a tour of the Old Cathedral School which has recently been through a major restoration and renovation project. While there, he met with representatives from cathedral community groups and unveiled a plaque to commemorate the visit. He also took the time to learn about the cathedral’s Roof Appeal and demonstrated his support by participating in “Sign-A-Slate” where he chose to Sign-A-Slate.
