We aim to make sure that we keep you and all our clients as safe as possible while there remains a risk from the Covid-19 pandemic. Your safety is our priority and, as such, we have the following procedures in place:
- During our photoshoot, we will not get closer to you than 2 metres
- We will bring with us to the shoot alcohol hand sanitiser for when we are in locations where hand washing facilities are unavailable.
- We will undertake photography outdoors wherever possible
- We will take with us a facemask should we need to work indoors and if we deem the risk to be higher.
If you have any of the symptoms of Covid-19 or have been in close proximity to someone who has had Covid-19 within the last 14 days, please email or call us and we will postpone your shoot until you are feeling better and/or have completed your self-isolation period.
If we have been in contact with anyone suffering with the disease or have any symptoms, we will let you know at the earliest convenience and ask that we postpone the shoot so that we may fulfil our self-isolation period.
If you develop symptoms of Covid-19 within 14 days after our shoot, please call or email to let us know as soon as possible, so that we can self-isolate and keep our other clients and family safe.
We understand that these are uncertain times and that arrangements may need to be more flexible while this pandemic continues. We hope that you can be patient and flexible with us during this time.
